Xiaomi 13 is launching on December 1.

Ahead of the launch, most of the key specs of Xiaomi 13 have leaked.

Xiaomi is also said to announce MIUI 14 during December 1 event.

By Sneha Saha: Xiaomi 13 will go official on December 1 in the company’s home market. The smartphone manufacturer has confirmed the China launch of its next-generation flagship smartphone and MIUI 14. In addition, Xiaomi is also said to unveil Xiaomi Buds 4.

Ahead of the launch, most of the key specifications of the Xiaomi 13 flagship phone have been leaked online. In fact, live images showing the smartphone in all its glory have also surfaced.

-The full specs sheet of the Xiaomi 13 leaked recently shows that the smartphone will come packed with a 6.2- inch AMOLED display with 120hz screen refresh rate.

-In terms of camera specifications, the Xiaomi 13 is tipped to offer a triple rear camera system consisting of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 sensor coupled with a 50-megapixel ultra wide angle lens and a telephoto lens. On the front, the smartphone is expected to feature a 32-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

-The leaked specs sheet also revealed that the upcoming Xiaomi 13 will be backed by a 4800mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging in the box.

While the company will announce the Xiaomi 13 price on Dec 1, rumours suggest that the smartphone could be priced somewhere around Rs 35000 to Rs 45000.

Xiaomi 13 design: live images leaked

Just a day ahead of the China launch, live images of the Xiaomi 13 have surfaced online showing both front and back side. The phone appears in three colour options and includes a large square-shaped camera module at the back panel with Leica branding on it. The sides seem to be curved, which should make it easy for users to hold and use the device easily. On the front, the upcoming flagship phone is tipped to feature a center placed punch hole on the display and slimmer bezels on the sides.

What about the India launch?

The last flagship that Xiaomi brought to the Indian market is the Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G and it is quite possible that the Xiaomi 13 will also make it to the country. The India launch timeline or any details haven’t been revealed officially, but we can expect the company to make some announcements related to the Xiaomi 13 India release right after the global launch on December 1.
