Infinix has a lot of interesting launches lined-up for December. The company known for producing phones in the budget and entry-level segment is all set to unveil the Zero 8i smartphones along with an Android TV and Snokor Soundbar. The company has revealed the launch date of the upcoming smartphone.
As per a report by 91mobiles, Infinix has revealed that it will launch the Zero 8i in India on December 3. The company is also launching an Android TV and a soundbar but have not revealed the exact dates but if reports are to be trusted the TV and Soundbar will be launched sometime in December too.
Now coming to the smartphone which is set for a launch in the coming weeks. The Infinix Zero 8i is one of the premium devices that the company is planning to unveil. It is because Infinix has only launched phones with specifications of budget and entry-level devices. However, this time the phone not only comes with a premium look but also with high-end features. The smartphone was launched in Indonesia and Pakistan previously so we have a fair idea about the specifications.
Infinix Zero 8i specifications
Infinix Zero 8i features a 6.85-inch full-HD+ punch-hole display with a 90hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G90T SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM. Infinix Zero 8i runs on Android 10 with XOS 7 skin on top.
In terms of camera, the Infinix Zero 8i features a quad-camera setup which comprises of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, 2-megapixel tertiary sensor, and another AI sensor. On the front, there are dual-cameras on the front which include 16-megapixel + 8-megapixel sensors for selfies.
Infinix Zero 8i houses a 4500mAh battery with support for a fast charger. The smartphone comes in a single 8GB+128GB variant. The phone is expected to be priced between Rs 15,000 to 17,000.
There is no information about the TV and the soundbar so far but reports suggest that the products would arrive sometime in December. If the rumors about the TV turn out to be true, this would be the first time Infinix would launch a TV in India.
Infinix had launched a couple of phones this year including the Infinix Note 7, Infinix Hot 10, Infinix Hot 9, Infinix Smart 4 among others.
