Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan's 2018 film Simmba will re-release in Australia. It is already running in theatres in Fiji. Simmba has become the first Hindi film to re-release in Australia post coronavirus lockdown.
Ranveer shared the news on Instagram with posters of his cop drama.
Ranveer plays the role of a cop in Simmba. The film is directed by Rohit Shetty. Though it received mixed reviews from critics, Simmba gained massive success at the box office. It is the third film of the Rohit Shetty's Cop Universe.
Rohit's another film, It also became the first Hindi film to release in New Zealand after the lockdown.
Akshay Kumar's Good Newwz and Ayushmann Khurrana's Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhaan, too re-released in Dubai on June 11.
