UP govt announces relaxations for lockdown 3.0: Taxis to ply in orange zones, buses in red

The Uttar Pradesh government on Sunday announced various relaxations for the nationwide lockdown which was extended to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Addressing a press conference, UP Home Secretary Avanish Awasthi listed the fresh guidelines for lockdown 3.0 which will come into from Monday:
> Taxi services will resume in orange zones within the district.
> Buses will ply in red zones.
> Supply chain, jute, and packing material firms will open in accordance with the lockdown norms.
> Buses and equipment in factories should be sanitized using disinfectants. Adequate arrangement for sanitizers, hand washing should be made.
> In Covid-19 containment zones, clinics and hospitals will remain closed.
> Spas and hair salons will not open in red zones.
> Special arrangements will be made in mandis.
At the briefing, the UP Home Secretary also said that the first train from Maharashtra's Nashik carrying 829 migrant workers reached Lucknow. Another train reached the state from Kanpur on Sunday morning. He said 8,000 people from Rajasthan and 1,600 from Uttarakhand have arrived in Uttar Pradesh.
He also said that salaries and pension were given by the state government on April 30, this was a huge challenge because of the loss in revenue but there has not been any delay.
1,838 active cases of Covid-19 have been reported in the state so far. 698 patients have been discharged from the hospital after they recovered. And 11,518 people are in quarantine facilities.
