Kanika Kapoor says she was at 1 family dinner, not 3 parties. Viral video from Lucknow Holi bash proves otherwise

Apart from attending a birthday party with former Rajasthan CM and BJP MP, Vasundhara Raje and her son Dushyant, Kanika Kapoor also attended a Holi party in Lucknow, after returning from London last week. A video from the Holi party has gone viral on the internet.

The video comes after the singer was tested positive for the novel coronavirus on Friday.

While speaking to Aaj Tak on March 20, Kanika's father Rajiv Kapoor said that she came in contact with around 400 people at the three different parties in Lucknow. The singer, however, denied these claims and said that she attended only one family get-together on March 13. The video from the Holi bash proves otherwise.

Dressed in a white suit, Kanika can be seen interacting with guests at the Holi celebrations in the video. In fact, many people can be seen surrounding her and showering flower petals as her song Chittiyaan Kalaaiyaan plays in the background.
