wo Chinese Nationals have been admitted to Stanley Hospital, one with severe Influenza, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu? The doctors suspect that both the patients might be suffering from the deadly coronavirus.
However, doctors who have been attending them complain of negligence by hospital authorities. The doctors have raised a complaint with their HOD stating that even though they are fully prepared to take on coronavirus, they do not have the necessary gear for it.
In a letter to the HOD of internal medicine, the Internal Medicine Residents wrote, "We are aware that 4 suspected coronavirus patients were admitted on February 5, 2020. Two symptomatic cases were admitted in the 1st floor and 2 asymptomatic cases were admitted in the 6th floor of the NTB block where there is a high inflow of patients & visitors. Even after 48 hours, proper Isolation and Quarantine measures haven't been taken care of as per CDC and WHO guidelines: Risking the lives of all healthcare workers, patients, and visitors inside the hospital.
The doctors further demanded that there should be proper isolation and quarantine wards in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines, and there should be adequate safety equipment for all healthcare workers in the hospital.
India has so far reported three confirmed cases of nCoV from Kerala. Three medical students studying at the Wuhan 
University who returned to India recently tested positive for the virus.
Besides, 510 samples were tested by ICMR network laboratories, of which all had tested negative except for the three already reported positive cases.
The three cases are clinically stable, the ministry said in a statementIt said that all 645 people evacuated from Wuhan, who was kept in isolation at Army Base and ITBP camps, tested negative for coronavirus.
