Verdict

The Archos Diamond is an elegantly designed device that comes with a glossy back finish and features an excellent processor compared to its mid-range budget. It has a complete bezel-less display and the selfie camera pops up from the top panel, which lets the display skip the notch. The performance, display quality, camera and battery backup, all plays their role efficiently. However, a better front camera could have completed the merit of excellence.

The Archos Diamond flaunts a glossy and elegant body with the shining back panel that shifts colour shade towards the border. It has a 6.39-inch bezel-less AMOLED display having a 1,080 x 2,340 pixels screen resolution and a density of 403 PPI. It gives an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. 

For power consumption, it has a Li-ion battery with a capacity of 3,400mAh that features both fast charging and wireless charging technology. While users enjoy long hours of entertainment, the refilling of the battery is equally convenient and demand less time.

Configuration and Storage

The device has been equipped with the MediaTek Helio P70 on which the octa-core processor is et and runs at a speed of 2.1GHz. It has a Mali-G72 MP3 GPU that handles all the graphical performance while the 4GB RAM looks after smooth gaming and switching between apps.

The Archos Diamond in-house a storage capacity of 128GB, which is room for files and data of the users. It also supports the expandability of up to 1TB with the help of the MicroSD card.
