Samsung Galaxy S22 FE tipped to launch in February 2023, might be last Fan Edition from Samsung

The Samsung Galaxy S22 FE could launch soon. There are reports claiming that the launch will take place just a few days or weeks after the announcement of the upcoming Galaxy S23 series. So far, Samsung hasn’t confirmed the launch date of these premium phones because we are still pretty far away from the launch event, but details have already been leaked online.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is tipped to make its debut on February 1 next year. There are now rumours that the company is also gearing up for the S22 FE, which tipster Dohyun Kim is claiming will be the last Fan Edition from the brand. The cited source hasn’t revealed why the company might be planning to discontinue the Galaxy S series Fan Edition after the launch of the Galaxy S22 FE.

There are chances that Samsung might not be getting good enough feedback for its Fan Edition and so it might be planning to give a last chance to this series. The sales of the Galaxy S22 FE could be lower than what Samsung might be expecting. But, nothing is confirmed so far, which is why users are advised to take all this with a pinch of salt.

Tipster RGcloudS is claiming on Twitter that the Samsung Galaxy S22 FE will be a replacement of the Galaxy A74 smartphone and this Galaxy-A series phone won’t reportedly arrive in 2023. The rumour mill also claims that the new Samsung phone will reportedly be priced same as the Galaxy A73. If this is actually the case, then the Galaxy S22 FE could cost around Rs 41,999. To recall, the Galaxy S21 FE was made available in the country for Rs 49,999. We will get more clarity on everything if or when it launches in India.

The rumour mill has suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S22 FE will pack a new Exynos 2300 chipset, which is yet to be announced. It is also being said that the final product may not feature it and the device may end up using Qualcomm’s top-notch flagship chip. Earlier, it was reported that the company had stopped working on new Exynos chipsets, but nothing is confirmed yet. The premium phone is said to come with a 108-megapixel ISOCEL HM6 primary camera at the back. It is tipped to either pack this year’s Exynos 2200 SoC or a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. We will get more clarity on everything as we inch closer to the launch event of the phone.
