Apple launched a slew of products, including the iPad with a new design, iPad Pro M2 chip. Along with the iPads, Apple also announced the next generation of Apple TV 4K, which delivers faster performance and offers endless entertainment options. The Apple TV 4K is powered by the A15 Bionic chipset, which powers the iPhone 13 series. The Apple TV supports HDR 10+ along with Dolby Vision.
The new Apple TV 4K has been launched in two configurations including: Apple TV 4K (Wi-Fi), which offers 64GB of storage; and Apple TV 4K (Wi-Fi + Ethernet), which offers support for Gigabit Ethernet for fast networking and streaming, Thread mesh networking protocol that will help the device in connecting with more smart home accessories, and twice the storage for apps and games (128GB).

Apple TV 4K: Price and availability
The new Apple TV 4K with Siri Remote will be available at a starting price of Rs 14900. The device can be purchased from apple.com/in/store, and at Apple Store locations. Apple TV 4K is also available through Apple Authorised Resellers and select pay TV providers. The Apple TV 4K is now available in more than 30 countries and regions, including the US.
The Siri Remote features the same design and functionality as the previous generation. It has opted for the USB-C for charging. The remote is included with the new Apple TV 4K. However, you can also purchase the device separately for Rs 5900 starting today. The Siri remote is compatible with all generations of Apple TV 4K and Apple TV HD.
Apple TV 4K: Specifications and features
The new generation Apple TV 4K is believed to be 50 per cent faster than the previous generation TV. The Apple TV is now more responsive, offers faster navigation, and comes with snappier UI animations. The Apple TV 4K now supports HDR10+, in addition to Dolby Vision, expanding rich visual quality across more TVs, producing the eye-popping details and vibrant colours intended by content creators. Users can also enjoy a home theatre experience with Dolby Atmos, Dolby Digital 7.1, or Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound for immersive audio.2
