Redmi is gearing up to launch two new phones in China that are also expected to make their global debut in the near future. The upcoming Redmi Note 11T Pro+ and Redmi Note 11T Pro launch date is set for May 24. While it is currently unknown whether the devices will make it to India or not, it is being said that the new Redmi Note series phone could be launched in the global market with Poco branding.
The company has made the announcement for the Redmi Note 11T series via its official Weibo account. The post reveals that the launch will take place on May 24 at 7:00PM CST Asia, which is 4:30PM in India. Ahead of the official unveiling, Xiaomi has already published the pre-reservation page on its Chinese site. Here’s everything we know about the upcoming Redmi smartphones.

Redmi hasn’t yet teased the key features of the device. The posters did confirm that the new Redmi phones will arrive with a triple rear camera setup, which will be accompanied by an LED flash. The teaser also shows that the phones will be made available in black and blue colour options. The rest of the details are still unknown.

The Redmi Note 11T Pro+ and Redmi Note 11T Pro have already made an appearance on China's TENAA certification sit, according to reports. The smartphone with model number 22041216UC was listed on the site, which is believed to be the Redmi Note 11T Pro+.

If this turns out to be true, then this device could launch with a 4,300mAh battery. This may disappoint users as most of the brands are offering at least 4,500mAh battery. But, since the details are yet to be revealed, users are advised to take the details with a pinch of salt.

The Redmi Note 11T Pro reportedly has model number 22041216C, which is said to have a larger 4,980mAh unit under the hood. Both Redmi Note 11T series phones are rumored to pack a massive 6.6-inch AMOLED display, which will likely operate at full-HD+ resolution. The panels are expected to have support for 120Hz refresh rate.

In addition to this, the Redmi phones will ship with MIUI 13, which will be based on Android 12. Xiaomi could opt for a MediaTek Dimensity chipset for its new phones. We will get to know the exact details on May 24.
