Battlegrounds Mobile India, PUBG Mobile avatar, get update to fix loading screen and random shut down issues

Following the release of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Season 20 update earlier this month, the game left a lot of players facing several in-game issues. Players frequently complained about problems with logging in to the game and the loading page getting stuck. There were also complaints of the game crashing and shutting down. All these issues were reported by users last week.
Battlegrounds Mobile India has now received a new server patch update from Krafton, which addresses issues. As a part of the new season, there are new game modes, weaponry, and rankings, as well as a new Royale pass quest. Starting today all players will receive the revised Battlegrounds Mobile India patch message. When the game is restarted, it will be applied.

Since it is a server patch, a new update will not be seen on the Play Store.

According to the Battlegrounds Mobile India website, the latest patch fixes the following issues:

> Getting stuck in loading screen when wearing Unicorn-set outfits
> Game getting shut down when accessing the Season(C1S1) menu, with some devices
> Not getting shot in some circumstances when riding buggy vehicle in the Mission Ignition mode
> Sound from other players' Tesla vehicle being very low

The company claims that it’s constantly updating the issues users are reporting after the July update through the Known Issues Notice. It also requests users to report issues that they are facing while playing the game. To do so, tap on the arrow at the bottom right corner of the lobby > Settings > Basic > Customer Service.

Apart from this, Krafton has also listed all of the issues on its tracker including "Not able to claim intermittently rewards from Daily Special Bundle" and "Moving to a wrong page when using Supply Medal claimed from Advanced Supplies Crate."

The much-hyped relaunched avatar of PUBG, Battlegrounds Mobile India had been downloaded by over 34 million Android players in the first week of its launch alone earlier this month. Meanwhile, there is no word on the Battlegrounds Mobile India iOS app at the moment.

PUBG, the immensely popular first-person shooter game was banned in India along with several other Chinese apps last year following the deadly clashes between Indian and Chinese troops in Galwan Valley, Ladakh. It was the first fatal clash between the Indian and Chinese troops in over 50 years.
