Battlegrounds Mobile India video teaser confirms UAZ vehicle in Erangel map, no launch date yet Battlegrounds Mobile
Battlegrounds Mobile India has got a new teaser that confirms the Erangel map. Interestingly, contrary to the previous notion, it is Erangel, just like how it is on PUBG Mobile and not Erangle. The teaser also confirms the map is getting the UAZ off-road vehicle. Krafton will ask you if you remember this vehicle in the video, which you, of course, will do because you saw it on the Erangel map, inside PUBG Mobile. Even though Battlegrounds Mobile India is supposed to form its new identity as a battle royale game in India, it is nothing but a rebadged PUBG Mobile.
The teaser is only 15 seconds long, but it reveals what some players have been anticipating for a long time. When Krafton announced Battlegrounds Mobile India, people were concerned about whether it was a stripped-down version of PUBG Mobile that would soon arrive as the replacement. Following last year’s ban, a lot has changed in terms of what mobile gamers demand from games such as PUBG Mobile or Call of Duty Mobile. Krafton, however, promised that the Battlegrounds Mobile India is exactly what Indian gamers want. Make no mistake, there will still be significant changes that will bring you the censored version of PUBG Mobile.
UAZ holds a special place in our hearts and we cannot wait to drive around in the Battlegrounds!” said a tweet by Battlegrounds Mobile India. The UAZ vehicle is one of the major ones on the Erangel map as it allows players to cover distances with less risk because of its level of endurance. And if UAZ is going to be there in Battlegrounds Mobile, we can expect more in-game elements to be similar to what PUBG Mobile has. But we will have to wait.
According to some rumours and insiders, the Battlegrounds Mobile India release date is June 18. This is exactly one month from the day of the opening of the pre-registration for Battlegrounds Mobile India. Pre-registration is still open for Android folks, but people with iPhones will have to wait to get their hands on the game. Krafton recently announced the Android pre-registrations have crossed the 20 million mark in a big achievement for the game. The company also said that it received around 7.6 million pre-registrations on the opening day itself. That is much bigger than the 1-million pre-registration count for India’s answer to PUBG Mobile, FAU-G on its opening day.
