Janhvi Kapoor wowed Instagram today with a gorgeous collection of pictures that takes one back to the 1950s. The actress might be just a couple of films old, but commands a huge fan following on social media. She swooped her Insta-fam’s Monday blues away with beautiful pictures that remind us of the years gone by. Among those who loved Janhvi’s latest post, were Athiya Shetty and Dia Mirza.

JANHVI KAPOOR CHANNELS THE RETRO VIBE

Janhvi Kapoor made a case for subtle and elegant sarees in her post. In the first few pictures, she chose a saree with light green hues and a beautiful golden border. She paired it with a brown and gold toned brocade blouse. Decked up in make-up that evokes retro vibes, Janhvi completed her look with a stunning pearl set. The actress captioned the post, “Pretended to live in the 1950s for a day and enjoyyyyyed (sic)She posted pictures in another graceful saree; this one being netted and blue, while her white blouse featured blue polka dots. Obviously, making a strong yesteryear style statement.
