Indian sports stars Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, PV Sindhu and Saina Nehwal led the wishes on the occasion of Diwali on social media. Tendulkar and Saina even posted some pictures from his Diwali celebrations at home.

Kohli and Sindhu are both far away from home this Diwali. The Indian cricket team captain is in Sydney, training for the upcoming ODI series which will start from November 27 while badminton world champion Sindhu is currently in London, working on an exciting and important aspect of the sport -- nutrition and body analysis. The world No. 7 had left the national camp in Hyderabad to learn and understand the concept of sports science better at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute.
Twitter and Instagram has been flooded since Saturday morning with everyone taking to social media to wish their fans and followers.

Have fun at home with a simple diya and sweets on this auspicious occasion," Kohli said in a video message which he posted on his social media accounts
