They start their performance amid Izzy's joyous laughter after seeing the two do ballet. At one point, she even shows them how to do a pirouette on one leg, which the two also attempt.

The hospital shared the video with the caption, "When Ballet-mad Izzy came into our Children's Clinic for her cancer treatment on Friday, two of the team surprised her with a very special routine. Huge thanks to Baylon and Emma for the lovely surprise, and well done Izzy for *literally* keeping them on their toes (sic)."

The kid, named Isobel Fletcher, is a five-year-old girl and the medical staff are Dr Baylon Kamalarajan and colleague Emma Mander, according to the Daily Mail.
