Twitter adds Facebook Messenger-like emoji reactions to its DMs. How to use it

There are a set of seven new reactions that the user can use
Ever felt the need react to a certain someone's direct messages on Twitter with an emoji than mere words, just like you do on Facebook's Messenger? Your wish just came true.
Twitter today rolled out a new feature where you can add emoji reactions for Direct Messages to all users across the web, Android and iOS.
Teasing the release with a 'sliding into your DMs like' tweet's reply, Twitter announced how you can react to messages with a few emojis. As explained in the tweet, to add an emoji reaction, hover over the message and click/tap on the heart button called a 'reaction button'.
A user can also double-tap on the message and select an emoji reaction after the pop-up. You can tap on the reaction for either a message reply or media attachments.
There is a set of seven new reactions that the user can use. They are precise, the laughing emoji, the sad reaction, heart, thumbs up, thumbs down and the fire reaction depicting the message or the media too apt or just too rad. The recipient will get a notification if you react to their DM and it would come as a text message if they are using the older Twitter version.
Recently, Twitter drew a lot of flak for its latest app update as the app resulted in an immediate crash on Android smartphones once users tried to access it.
Twitter immediately acknowledged and apologized for the issue and also stated that it would not update it "until we let you know it’s fixed."
